NEW|ZARON EYESHADOW PALETTE: REVIEW & SWATCHES

Welcome back to Halsadiya Beauty blog 💃🏾

Zaron is a Nigerian Cosmetic brand owned by Oke Maduewesi. Zaron is my favourite brand in Nigeria. Earlier last month, Zaron introduced 3 sets of 9-in-1 eyeshadow palette ranging from Earth to Splash, and I made sure I got mine ❤. OMG, these palettes are lovely and I’m here to review them. So, Grab a cold drink and snack and join me 💋💋

ZARON NUDE EYESHADOW PALETTE “EARTH”

PACKAGING: This palette comes in a hard white cardboard unlike the former eyeshadow palette (uno, duo, etc.) that comes in a sturdy plastic. The inner part surrounding the shades has s pink cardboard which is cute and has the shade name written below each shade. It doesn’t come with a mirror, which I don’t mind. The palette is light; net weight of 23.4g. The color scheme is cool, white & pink/black.Overall rating for the package is 7/10.

● SHADES:
Row 1: Frost, Coral, Bare

Row 2: Vintage, Gold mine, Dune

Row 3: Sand, Sahara, Mocha

● SWATCHES
Below are swatches I did with my Bobbi Brown eyeshadow brush. All swatches were done with a bit wet brush ( sprayed 2 pumps of Zaron perfect finish spray on my brush), then I swirled my brush on the shadows and swiped onto my arm, blending out well.

Right – Left: Mocha, Bare, Frost, Vintage, Gold mine, Sand, Coral, Dune, Sahara.

● MY HONEST REVIEW
This palette is totally amazing. I’ve tried out other palettes from Zaron, and I can say that this is different and better.

The eyeshadows are highly pigmented, they apply smoothly and blend easily. I experienced only a bit fallout using a dry brush so I switched to a damp brush . It’s better applying all type of shadows with a damp brush.

The reason I got this “Earth” palette was because it will also serve as a highlight palette considering it’s a nude palette. I’m sure I’m not the only one that buys a nude eyeshadow palette and turn it into a highlighter palette 😂😊

Bare, Frost, Vintage, Gold mine and Sand are shimmer shades, kinda semi-metallic 😍

Coral, Fine, Sahara & Mocha are so matter. These are shades you wanna use on your crease or blend in the crease.

Depending on my mood, I can use either bare or gold mine as my highlight And sometimes I combine both to make a bomb highlight.

I’m in love with all shades, as this palette is definitely a must have. Oh, and it’s pretty affordable- retail for just NGN 4200.
